Arsenal fans take to Twitter to call for influx of youth against Leicester

Before kick-off yesterday, a lot of the Gunners were delighted with their lineup for Wolves, yet they found themselves spectacularly falling on their faces after a woeful performance and are now calling for youth against Leicester. Eddie Nketiah came off the bench yesterday and looked good, and the fans want hoards of youth against the Foxes.
I know our fanbase is very bad at giving youngsters space to thrive in these days… But start Eddie Nketiah and Joe Willock next match. You may be surprised as to how good they actually are….

Considering that the Gunners have got a lot of young players on their books and when they face Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester City side on Sunday they want to be going into that game with the likes of Joe Willock, Eddie Nketiah and maybe even a few other youngsters. It would be a stark change and a brave one from Unai Emery, but it’s one that the fans are all calling for.
The Gunners would love to see a number of changes, and given the hype around their youth sides this season it wouldn’t be a wildly unrealistic thing to expect if you wanted to see players like Willock, Nketiah and Bukayo Saka. That trio could all have a great time trying to get into the faces of Leicester and if they are given a chance, there’s no reason why they can’t fire their side to a win.

Willock is closest we have of Ramsey

I genuinely think that Joe Willock is capable of replacing Aaron Ramsey. An external replacement will cost a fortune, so we may as well see what we have with a local product first.

Nketiah in for Iwobi next match !!! Iwobi was just walking on the pitch tonight !! He disrespected the fans by his display

What harm could it do? What we are doing already isn’t working so a change might atleast make it more entertaining

They’d do a better job I reckon too than that bunch of garbage out on the pitch at the moment

The Gunners hate the idea of going into Leicester with the same squad that just got pumped by Wolves and will hope for some youthful changes to the lineup.
