Arsenal fans take to Twitter to delight at news of potential Mustafi exit

Arsenal fans cannot stand Shkodran Mustafi, and most of them wouldn’t be happier seeing him play for their local Sunday league side. The fact that the German defender continues to play and continues to flop is farcical, and the Gunners are loving the idea of him leaving for AC Milan, where Ivan Gazidis wants to sign him yet again.

The rumours are rife in Italian football that the former Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis is going to be taking aim at his former club as he looks for transfer targets. One of those targets is Shkodran Mustafi, the German defender is an awful player and has constantly been blundering at The Emirates, although despite that, Tuttosport, via Calciomercato, claims that Milan want him.
If this happens to be true and AC Milan and Ivan Gazidis go out and splash out on Mustafi, the Arsenal fans will be desperate to make some cash from it. Previously, the fanbase would surely have allowed the defender to leave for free, but with Gazidis at Milan, the Gunners realise they have an opportunity here to make some cash, as only Gazidis would be willing to fork out real money for the German.
