Arsenal fans are close to dancing on the tables in the Transfer Tavern today, after being handed a huge boost in their quest for Premier League glory.
The Daily Mirror state the Gunners will welcome Jack Wilshere back to action next month, ahead of a crucial run of fixtures over the festive period that sees them face Manchester City, Southampton and Liverpool.
England international Jack Wilshere is yet to feature for the Gunners this season after suffering a hairline fracture in the build-up to Arsenal’s Community Shield success against Chelsea, which was the latest in a long-line of injury setbacks for the Gunners star.
The 23-year-old has had a wealth of injury problems in the last few years but Arsenal will be hoping he can put that bad luck behind him, whilst England will also be praying he maintains his fitness as he is a crucial player to the Three Lions European Championship campaign.
Wilshere is unlikely to be rushed back to action but with Arsenal facing a wealth of fixtures over the Christmas period, where the Gunners have four crucial Premier League ties over the space of 13 days.
