Arsenal managed to secure all three points against Burnley at the Emirates yesterday, which helped put their top-four quest back on track.
The Gunners have come on leaps and bounds since Unai Emery took charge at the club, with a successful January transfer window boosting his chances of giving supporters a season to remember.
Indeed, it appears as if the North London club are eyeing a possible addition, as according to Cornwall Live, Arsenal are in pole position to sign AS Roma winger Cengiz Under.
Interestingly, Cengiz Under is top of Emery’s wishlist and the Gunners are believed to be the favourites to secure his services, beating their bitter rivals Spurs and Bayern Munich.
Under, who is valued at £31.5 million (by Transfermarkt), could be available for a fee of £45 million.
Arsenal scouts have been spotted watching Under at a number of games and it’s thought that they were impressed.
Cengiz Under has established himself as one of the hottest topics in world football, so it comes as no surprise that the Gunners are looking to bring him to the Emirates.
Indeed, the London club are in pole position to secure his services after a successful scouting mission, so they should go all out to sign him in the January transfer window.
