Yesterday we saw Belgium defeat Russia thanks to an 88th minute winner from Divock Origi and it has got him into today’s papers for more than one reason.

According to the Daily Star, the 19-year old has attracted the interest of Premier League trio Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal.

He currently plays for French Ligue 1 outfit Lille and scored five goals in 38 appearances last season.

There are high hopes placed on the shoulders of Origi who can play as a left or right winger and it’s worth noting that Lille were the club that Eden Hazard shot to stardom with.

The French side are willing to let him go for a fee of around £8 million but according to reports, Tottenham’s interest could end there as they are only willing to spend £6 million.

Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool fans. He may have scored the winner in a World Cup match, but is five goals in a Ligue One season really warrant an £8 million price tag? Let us know your thoughts below.
