The Football Transfer Tavern is fully expecting QPR star striker Loic Remy to leave Loftus Road this summer after they were relegated from the Premier League and today talkSPORT suggests that the French international will receive interest from both Inter Milan and Napoli for his services.
The 26-year-old only made the move to QPR during the January transfer window from Marseille but his time with the London side will be cut short due to Harry Redknapp’s side dismal attempt at staying in the Premier League. Luckily for all parties he has a £8.5 million release clause in his contract which is certain to see him depart before he has to play Championship football.
With an impressive total of five goals in his 12 league appearances, Remy is a man in demand and both Inter and Napoli want to fetch him to Serie A. However he will also have the option to remain in the Premier League with Arsenal and Liverpool both thought to be keen on snapping up the Frenchman in a bargain deal while Newcastle United could also reopen their interest in the player they tried to sign in the last transfer window.
Will Remy cut his Premier League spell short and move to Serie A?
