Arsenal looking to complete cut-price deal for ‘next Ibrahimovic’

arsenallllArsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern often find themselves frustrated by links to unknown players, particularly if they’re strikers, but a number of the fans are excited by this report.

The Daily Mirror states Arsene Wenger’s side are eyeing a move for Partizan Belgrade’s impressive young striker Dusan Vlahovic, who has been touted as the next Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

At just 16-years-old, the young forward wouldn’t provide an immediate boost to Arsenal’s first-team but it would give the side hopes of bringing through a young talent in the future, after he’s spent a few years learning from their own coaches.

The 6ft 3in striker has certainly made a name for himself in Serbia this season, scoring on goal and grabbing one assist in his eight league matches, and his signature will appeal to Arsenal as he’d cost just £2m.

Arsenal fans in the bar are certainly open to this signing, as they don’t feel it would impact any major deals that they’re hoping for, but they’re determined to see more senior acquisitions as the transfer window progresses.
