Arsenal & Man City star join Crystal Palace’s hero in PFA Bristol Street Motors POTM nomination

You’ll never find the Transfer Tavern empty, though we’re expecting to be packed to the rafters this afternoon once the voting for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Premier League Player of the Month opens.

Indeed, after another month of blockbuster action in the Premier League, punters from every corner of the globe will be flooding in to ensure their favourite star picks up one of the most prestigious monthly gongs in world football.

Manchester United’s Romelu Lukaku was the winner last time out, though such is the ridiculous level of competitiveness in Europe’s most lavish league, the free-scoring Belgian isn’t up for the award again.

Instead, Arsenal’s run of good form has seen both Nacho Monreal and Alexis Sanchez put up for the award, joining Manchester City slickers Leroy Sane and Kevin De Bruyne as those in contention.

Wilfried Zaha’s herculean part in Crystal Palace’s resurgence sees him recognised with a nomination, while Nick Pope’s excellent job of standing in for Tom Heaton between Burnley’s goalposts earns him one too.

Voting is open NOW and the Tavern is sure to be packed, make sure you get your votes in!
