Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern had good reason to celebrate this weekend, as they continued their charge whilst watching Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Chelsea drop further points.
The Gooners have got another round in to celebrate after hearing their chances of landing an exciting new asset have been boosted significantly, as The Sun state Isco has made his frustrations clear with the lack of playing time with Real Madrid.
23-year-old Isco faces competition from the likes of James Rodriguez and Mateo Kovacic in the Santiago Bernabeu and would be keen on an exit, with Manchester City also looking at his services.
Isco would be a sensational addition for the Gunners and would strengthen their title bid significantly, with Real Madrid ready to accept an offer of around £28.9m for the Spanish international.
The Gunners interest is likely to have risen following their injury problems this season, with Santi Cazorla and Francis Coquelin out until the back-end of the campaign and Jack Wilshere yet to feature this term.
Arsenal fans would love to add Isco to their squad, believing that he is the perfect long-term replacement for ageing compatriot Cazorla.
Would Isco’s addition win Arsenal the Premier League? Let us know in the comments below!
