Arsenal prepare £54.9m double-deal to ease injury crisis

IscoArsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern have been crying out for signings in the New Year to ease their growing injury crisis and it seems their prayers have been answered.

Fichajes state that the Gunners are looking to raid Real Madrid in January and bring unsettled duo Isco and Jese Rodriguez to North London.

Arsenal’s problems worsened at the weekend with Santi Cazorla and Alexis Sanchez picking up injuries, which leaves the squad looking rather thin heading into the second-half of the season.

According to the reports, Arsenal are favourites to land Isco in a £33.8m deal and Jese Rodriguez could follow in a move that would cost around £21.1m.

Both Spaniards are unhappy with their playing time at the Santiago Bernabeu and would be considered stellar additions for Arsene Wenger’s squad, increasing their competitiveness in the Premier League and in Europe.

Arsenal fans have admitted they’d be surprised to see both arrive in January but pray this is true, stating if they had to secure just one of the names then they would go all-out for Isco.

Gooners, are these signings Arsenal need? Which of these additions would be better? Let us know in the comments below!
