Arsenal receive boost in chase for quality target, he’s house-hunting in London

Henrikh MkhitaryanArsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern are in high spirits after yesterday’s comfortable win over Watford and they’ve been blessed with further positive outbreaks today.

The Sun has revealed that Borussia Dortmund ace Henrikh Mkhitaryan has started looking for a new home in London, ahead of a proposed switch from the Bundesliga giants to Arsenal over the summer.

Armenian international Mkhitaryan has rejected a new offer with Dortmund and has told close friends he’s ready to leave the German giants.

Arsenal, on the back of a poor run of results, are expected to invest heavily into their squad this summer and the midfield is set to be top of their agenda, due to the departures of Mikel Arteta, Mathieu Flamini and Tomas Rosicky.

The Gunners have scouted the ace for months and would have to pay around £8m-a-year in a contract, which is unlikely to put Arsene Wenger off, but Arsenal also face rival interest from Serie A powerhouses Juventus.

Arsenal fans, would Mkhitaryan be a quality addition? Let us know in the comments below!
