This is a huge relief for the Arsenal fans in the Football Transfer Tavern…
The Arsenal faithful walked into the Football Transfer Tavern this morning with a concerned look on their faces, and began raising their concerns over the fitness of midfield star Mesut Ozil.
The midfielder was playing for Germany on Tuesday and came off at half-time – leaving the Arsenal faithful sweating on his fitness – with many fearing that he could have suffered an injury during the game.
However, those fears have now been allayed, after the German maestro took to Twitter to confirm that he is 100% fit and ready for the weekend clash against Swansea.
He said: “Thanks for taking care because of my substitution, but everything is all right guys”, immediately alleviating the Arsenal fans of any concern.

This is massive for Arsenal and Arsene Wenger, as Ozil has been in fine form so far this year.
After a slow start to the season after coming back from EURO 2016, Ozil has refound his best form – and has even popped up on the score sheet for the Gunners.
Our landlord thinks that Ozil will need to be at his best against Swansea – as new Swans manager Bob Bradley will be looking to prove a point.
The Arsenal fans in the Tavern are backing the Gunners for a big win.
