It is set to a major summer of upheaval in the Premier League with a number of high-profile departures expected.
Arsenal supporters are wondering who could leave the Emirates Stadium, with out-of-contract defender Bacary Sagna heading the list of players likely to be on their way.
The 31-year-old Frenchman has already rejected a possible extension with Arsene Wenger’s side after being offered the same wages of £60,000-a-week.
During the last few weeks a host of possible destinations has been touted for the French international with a return to his native country and Serie A mentioned.
However Dave Woods from the Daily Star suggests that Sagna has rejected interest from Inter Milan and could now sign for Premier League rivals Manchester City on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The former Auxerre right back could link up with former Gunner colleagues Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy at the Etihad Stadium.
Sagna’s rejection of Inter comes as a result of the lack of Champions League football at the San Siro which obviously would be available with Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
