Arsenal picked up their form last weekend with a 5-1 demolition job of Everton at the Emirates to put themselves right back in the mix for the top four in the Premier League.
The January signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and the sale of Alexis Sanchez seems to have given the club fresh impetus as we approach the final three months of the season, and manager Arsene Wenger will be looking for his charges to put together somewhat of a run now.
Here in the Tavern, our landlord and punters are thinking that the Gunners could easily get their top four spot back, and this weekend sees them take on London rivals Spurs in what is sure to be a hotly contested derby game.
However, eyes can also be on the summer window now, and Wenger will no doubt want to add even more star power to his squad.
One man who our landlord thinks could move to Arsenal and become a regular is current Chelsea man Willian, who despite some impressive performances for the Blues, continues to be a peripheral figure in the main, featuring mainly as a substitute when all players are fit.
The Brazilian arguably deserves more though, and a move to the Gunners, where he would no doubt start more often, might be the making of him.
A classy operator who can fill a number of positions, Willian is a tremendous footballer and could complement what is already looking like being a tremendous attacking line up for the Gunners over the course of the coming seasons.
Arsenal fans, what do you think to this? Good signing? Let us know in the comments!
