Arsenal will look to quickly put their shambolic 5-1 defeat to Liverpool behind them on New Year’s Day.
The Gunners will host Fulham at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday and Unai Emery will be demanding an improved performance from his side in the London derby.
Arsenal sit five points behind Chelsea and will want to reduce that deficit to just two, however, they could be without a number of faces for the encounter with the Cottagers.
Mesut Ozil, Shkodran Mustafi, Nacho Monreal and Hector Bellerin are all a concern for Emery as he prepares for the match.
The quartet will all need to be assessed ahead of the game as all are currently recovering from different knocks.
Emery and Arsenal will want to bounce back from their embarrassing defeat as quickly as possible and could do it against Fulham.
However, with the quartet all a doubt for the game, it will be a concerning time for the Gunners as they prepare for the visit of the Cottagers.
The injury list continues to grow at the Emirates Stadium and with the fixtures coming thick and fast, the north London outfit will be hoping they can come away without any more concerns.
