According to The Mirror, Arsene Wenger is ready to bring Cesc Fabregas back to Emirates Stadium.
It’s believed that Barcelona will listen to offers for the Spaniard this summer and according to reports, the Gunners have first refusal on his signature.
A buy-back clause in his contract when sold to the Catalans means the North London club are in pole position.
If Barcelona receive a bid that matches their figure for Fabregas they have to inform Arsenal of the bid and give them first refusal if they choose to match it.
Wenger and Fabregas maintained a strong friendship even though Fabregas decided to head to Spain and believes he can lure him back to the Premier League.
A £30 million plus bid for the central midfielder is believed to be enough but Arsenal will receive a percentage of any sale fee if Fabregas agrees to move elsewhere.
That looks highly unlikely and Fabregas could spark a spending frenzy at Arsenal with Carlos Vela and Antione Griezmann also rumoured to be interesting the club.
