That is because according to talkSPORT, Juventus are willing to allow Sebastian Giovinco leave the Italian side in January.
Arsene Wenger has been a long-term fan of the Italian but he could face a battle for his signature with North London rivals Tottenham also rumoured to be interested.
The 27-year-old, dubbed the atomic ant, is keen on leaving Turin after finding his first team chances at Juventus limited.
He made just 11 first team appearances in Serie A last season and it appears the full Italian international – who has 17 caps – is no longer part of the clubs’ plans.
A move could be done as early as January with North London his most likely destination at this stage.
However, he is more than likely to attract the attention of other European clubs if Juventus declare the player available for transfer.
Arsenal fans. If Giovinco was good enough to play at the highest level he would be playing regularly for Juventus, wouldn’t he? Let us know your thoughts below.
