Arsenal have developed a reputation for struggling when the going gets really tough in recent years, with Arsene Wenger’s Gunners a team that many see as susceptible to a meltdown when the pressure is high.
This has been reflected this season with the north London club bottom of the top six mini-league with just five points from their clashes vs. Chelsea, Spurs, Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United this term, while their weekend defeat at West Brom plunged them to the bottom of this ‘division’ in real terms, too.

Alas, there is a small crumb of positivity for fans of the club, with Arsene Wenger’s men top of the pile when it comes to headed goals, according to data courtesy of EA Sports.
Although they trail leaders West Brom’s 14, Arsenal have nodded the ball into the net a whopping 13 times in the Premier League this term, making up 23% of their overall return.
West Bromwich Albion 14
Swansea City 11
West Ham United 11
Crystal Palace 10
Manchester United 9

Olivier Giroud is Arsenal’s runaway header king, with five goals via this avenue to his name this term, which is one shy of overall leader Michail Antonio.
