Arsenal agree personal terms with lethal forward after talks, huge bid expected

Much like their search for an elusive fourth Premier League title under Arsene Wenger, the Gunners in the Transfer Tavern have desperately drowned their sorrows amid their club’s hunt for a new striker.

It’s been a long and not at all prosperous quest to land a lethal marksman, one that has even see the North London giants snubbed by Jamie Vardy.

However, there’s been some dancing on the pool tables as one of the punters scoured the ‘Twittersphere’ and came across claims from journalist Emanuele Giulianelli.

He reports that the Gunners HAVE reached an agreement with the agent and brother of Napoli ace Gonzalo Higuain over the notion of brining the Argentine to the Emirates at long. long last.

The 28-year old has been linked with a move to England for years, though reaffirmed himself as one of the top strikers in the world last term with a stunning 36 goals.

Still, there is not thought to have yet been an agreement with I Ciucciarelli, though a bid is to be expected.

The Serie A giants will reportedly hold strong over their valuation, rejecting a potential swap deal involving Olivier Giroud and demanding upwards of €70m+.

How bored are Gunners of Higuain rumours these days?!
