Arsenal supporters have been making a lot of noise throughout the international break after seeing their side win nine games in a row in all competitions prior to the fortnight interruption.

Unai Emery’s men made a poor start to the new Premier League season in losing their opening two games, but since then they have been in stunning form in winning six successive league games, as well as two in the Europa League and a victory over Brentford in the Carabao Cup. And their most recent success was one of their most impressive in sweeping aside Fulham 5-1 at Craven Cottage, with braces from Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang alongside a wonderful Aaron Ramsey goal sealing all three points for the Gunners.

Thus, there have been many thrilled Arsenal fans up and down the country in recent times, several of whom have taken to Twitter recently to comment upon the youngsters they feel have a big future at the Emirates Stadium, with striker Eddie Nketiah one man who cropped up in many people’s responses.

And given how impressive the 19-year-old sensation has already proven to be in his young career, those Arsenal fans are spot on to suggest that the future is extremely bright and exciting for the Englishman.

Ultimately, the forward actually began his youth career across London at Chelsea before making the move to Arsenal back in 2015, for whom he made his way up through the youth ranks to earn a senior debut last year, which came in the Europa League against BATE Borisov back in September.

And that has since paved the way for nine more senior appearances for the Gunners, three of which coming in the Premier League, with those nine games yielding two goals, both of which coming to help Arsene Wenger’s side come from behind to beat Norwich City in the Carabao Cup in October last year - thus, he delivered when called upon.

As such, even at senior level, the 19-year-old has already produced the goods and was someone very much on the peripheries of the Arsenal first team last time round, making Wenger’s matchday squad in the Premier League on 11 occasions, and indeed for much of their run to the semi-finals of the Europa League.

And with 15 goals in just 16 games for the club’s Under-18 side in the past, alongside 23 goals in 32 matches for the club’s development squad, it’s clear that Nketiah has the predatory goal-scoring instincts to go far in the game, although he has so far yet to feature under new boss Emery.

Nonetheless, Arsenal fans are well aware that they have a gem in their ranks, and with the England Under-21 international having already scored goals at youth level for club and country, and indeed shining for the Gunners senior side last term, the future appears to be extremely exciting for the 19-year-old.
