Many Arsenal fans praised Emile Smith Rowe after the playmaker’s performance in Huddersfield Town’s win over Bristol City last night.
The Hale End Academy product was in scintillating form as he assisted one goal and won a penalty in the Yorkshire outfit’s 2-1 win over the promotion chasers. Taking a deeper look at his stats from the game, he was the most fouled player, completed the joint-most dribbles, had the second-most shots and played the second-most key passes for the Terriers, as per WhoScored.
He was lavished with praise by manager Danny Cowley, who claimed the 19-year-old is a ‘special little player’ and ‘could find space in a telephone box’ (via Examiner Live). Smith Rowe has now scored one goal and assisted two more in just six starts in the Championship, showing his high level of performances since joining on loan.
As a result, these Arsenal fans were full of compliments for the attacker as they reacted to his performance. Let’s take a look at some tweets:

Long term option at 10. Important to get at least Europa League football next season to allow players like him to develop with us.
