Arsenal: Fans react to discussion over whether the club ‘dodged a bullet’ in Jose Mourinho

Some Arsenal fans have reacted to a discussion from Arsenal Fan TV’s (AFTV) ‘Talk is Cheap’ show over whether the north London club ‘dodged a bullet’ by not appointing Jose Mourinho as manager and instead going for Mikel Arteta.
Mourinho ended up going to fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur after Mauricio Pochettino was sacked but Arsenal had the opportunity to go for him when they were thinking about sacking Unai Emery. The Spanish coach has managed 15 games since his appointment in all competitions, winning eight, drawing five and losing two (via Transfermarkt) though the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’ was said (via the Times) to have met with Gunners officials.
Mourinho, in contrast, has managed 26 games for Tottenham in all competitions, winning 11, drawing five and losing 10 matches (via Transfermarkt). Obviously, this means that Arteta has had a better win percentage at Arsenal than the Portuguese manager has had at Spurs during both their times with the clubs.
Some Arsenal fans have reacted to the discussion in the show, and these fans believe that the Gunners did ‘dodge a bullet’ by not appointing Mourinho and one fan even showed their love for Arteta:

Most definitely. I would never have him at Arsenal. Give Arteta time, next season we are going places. I’m hoping we can win the FA cup this year. #COYG
