Plenty of Arsenal fans have responded with their delight after seeing Hector Bellerin back in action for Arsenal and register an assist so quickly after coming on.

According to a tweet from the Arsenal club account, it took the Spaniard just 57.2 seconds after coming onto the pitch to record his first assist of the season.

The 24-year-old, who is valued at £36 million (by Transfermarkt), came on in the 77th minute after returning for his first match since suffering an ACL injury against Chelsea in January last season.

He came on for debutant Kieran Tierney and immediately assisted Arsenal’s third versus Nottingham Forest before his side went onto score two more and win 5-0 in the EFL Cup third-round tie.

The Gunners now progress into the final 16 where they will come up against the side who are currently at the top of the footballing pyramid in Liverpool away at Anfield.
