Well, well, well. It appears the annual Julian Draxler to Arsenal rumours have surfaced in the Transfer Tavern, much to the delight/dismay of the Gunners propping up the bar this evening.
While the 22-year old is not the most natural of centre-forwards, he is a palpable goal threat and has long been linked with a switch to the Emirates Stadium.
He only joined Die Wölfe last summer on a five-year deal, replacing Kevin De Bruyne, though could now be set to move on again.
Compatriot Mesut Ozil is currently the creative hub under Arsene Wenger, who moved to Arsenal in a similarly priced deal himself in 2013, though Draxler would break that record by a small amount if the reports go ahead.
Having missed out on Jamie Vardy, Le Prof is eagerly chasing attacking reinforcements to introduce more firepower into his ranks ahead of a title tilt.
Should Wenger be looking at more natural centre-forwards?
