Upon their return from Burnley last night, there’s a good mood amongst the Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern.
Though the Gunners have often been accused of getting carried away following a few good results, those who made their way back from Turf Moor last night are well aware they got lucky.
A controversial last-gasp winner from Laurent Koscielny saw the North London giants keep the pace with the likes of Spurs and Manchester City, though there’s little doubt they got lucky.
While Arsene Wenger is famed for his inability to comment on such matters, usually claiming he didn’t see them, one member of the club’s setup has shared his reaction to it.
Mesut Ozil has referenced the late winner in a tweet, much to the annoyance of the Clarets on Twitter.

Still, is it refreshing to see a Premier League star actually acknowledging a matter of such importance, rather than blandly pretending it didn’t happen?
