Arsenal suffering untimely rift as crucial period begins

Our Arsenal fans are hoping they kick-start their title challenge later tonight against Bournemouth but The Mirror are reporting there could be some unrest off the pitch concerning Mathieu Debuchy.

With the Gunners seeing Liverpool drawing and Manchester City winning yesterday they know that three points really needs to be achieved down on the south coast – particularly with Chelsea and Spurs still to play tomorrow.

But, whilst they’ll be looking to get things in shape on the pitch, there’s a potential argument ready to disrupt any plans off of it between Arsene Wenger and the aforementioned French defender.

The Frenchman has been out of Wenger’s plans for some time and certainly isn’t the Gunners’ first choice right back with Hector Bellerin the man in that position.

He had seemed ahead of Carl Jenkinson in the pecking order for that position but things could be set for a re-jig with Wenger reportedly unhappy with the way Debuchy has conducted himself in recent times.

The Arsenal fans here in the Transfer Tavern are hoping it doesn’t impact on their team’s performances in the coming weeks, as we enter a crucial period in the season.

Thoughts, Arsenal fans? Let us know blow!
