Colossal boost for Arsenal, Morata open to €70m Emirates switch

Though he’s already complete one transfer this summer, the name Alvaro Morata refuses to go away amongst the punters in the Transfer Tavern.

Due to the business like nature of a club like Real Madrid, the summer transfer window has been littered with suggestions he could yet be moved on.

With Florentino Perez hell-bent on securing a profit, moves to both Arsenal and Chelsea have been mooted over the past few months.

Zinedine Zidane, for his part, has reiterated desire to keep the forward in the Spanish capital, though his hand could well be forced.

That’s because, according to El Confidencialthe 23-year old is ready to demand a move away from the Champions League winner already.

Amid the vast array of attacking talent currently plying their trade with Los Blancos, he is reportedly concerned about the amount of playing time he could be in line for.

With the Blues thought to have turned their attentions to Romelu Lukaku, the report claims that Arsene Wenger is dazzled by the former Juventus star.

Still, with Real understood to be asking for upwards of €70m for their academy graduate, Le Prof could be loathe to part with such a big fee.

Is Morata literally the perfect striker for Arsenal? Let us know below…
