Though there’s been so much talk in regards to Arsene Wenger’s position with Arsenal over the past few weeks or so, the fans propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern are keeping their eyes peeled for developments outside of the Frenchman.
Many of them are bored of talking about his future and merely hope his future is sorted out as soon as possible. So, confirmation from Wolfsburg have at least taken their minds off Le Prof. Though it isn’t exactly a hugely positive from an Arsenal POV.
According to their official Twitter account, the Gunners’ academy manager Andries Jonker has left the Emirates Stadium and taken over at Wolfsburg. He previously worked as their assistant before moving to north London, though has made a return to Die Wölfe.

The German outfit have made a recent announcement, currently sitting just above the relegation zone in the Bundesliga.
While our locals Gunners are slightly disappointed to see a man who has worked well within their development ranks, they’re hopeful top brass will make a good appointment to replace him.
