Arsenal have been extremely busy in the summer transfer window so far.

With just three weeks left in the transfer window, Arsenal have been one of the busiest Premier League sides. New boss, Unai Emery, has wasted no time in revamping the Gunners squad. The Spaniard has added five new signings to his team.

It remains to be seen whether Emery is happy with his squad ahead of their opening day fixture against reigning champions Manchester City. Many departures are expected before the window closes, and Emery may be tempted back into the market as deadline day approaches.

One man, he should seriously consider signing is Paris St Germain maestro – Adrien Rabiot. Valued at £45m by Transfermarkt, the Frenchman was a key player during Emery’s time at the club, making 33 appearances in Ligue 1 – notching five assists. However, he has just one year remaining on his contract with the Parisians.

Rabiot already knows about working under Emery and would slot seamlessly into the Arsenal midfield. The 23-year-old is blessed with excellent technical ability but is a physical player who would have no trouble adapting to life in England. His passing is arguably his best attribute – Rabiot completed 92% of his passes last season (WhoScored).

Emery could promise the youngster regular game time at the Emirates next season which could tempt him into a move. Potentially available at a great price, Arsenal should make Rabiot their top target.
