Much like Gonzalo Higuain, the name Julian Draxler tends to haunt the Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern on an annual basis.
It seems like every year, the German forward is touted as a potential target for those in North London, though little comes to fruition.
However, as reported by Bild, the Wolfsburg ace could force through a move away from the club he joined only last year by demanding to leave.
Upon returning from EURO 2016 with the national side, the World Cup winner has revealed he has fallen out with his current charges and has made his intentions to leave the club crystal clear.
Having joined Die Wölfe in a huge money move as a replacement for Manchester City superstar Kevin De Bruyne, he looks destined to leave the Volkswagen Arena after just a year.
“For me it is so that I have expressed myself clearly after the Euros, with Dieter Hecking, that I want to leave Wolfsburg. The coach knows for more than three weeks”, the former Schalke ace said.
“Two days after the semi-final at the European Championships I told him how I see the whole situation and what I want – which is to leave the club.”
