Maitland-Niles is Arsenal fans one to watch ahead of the new season
This upcoming season promises to be exciting for Arsenal fans. The club has a lot of youngsters on their books and Arsenal TV tweeted asking the fans who they were most looking forward to seeing, with Ainsley Maitland-Niles being the man whose name kept cropping up. Notable mentions also went out to Emile Smith-Rowe and Matteo Guendouzi.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles is a superb youngster who looks competent every time he pulls on an Arsenal shirt. The 20-year-old has the ability to play on both wings and in central midfield. The youngster was given his chance by Arsene Wenger and in his 17 Premier League appearances he’s yet to score a goal, despite having scored once in his seven FA Cup appearances.
The upcoming season will be huge for Maitland-Niles, who has picked up the number 15 shirt for the season. Unai Emery will have to nurture the youngster and be disciplined in giving him the right amount of game time to help him grow as a player. He won’t be the only youngster looking to make his mark though as a young talented squad look to bring some glory back to The Emirates and make the fans proud to be Gunners again.

Ainsley Maitland Niles by a country mile so so underrated really hope Emery gives him all europa and cup games at least this year even with the arrival of guendouzi

For me Niles has it all, down the pecking order are Nelson, Nketiah, Smith Rowe. Can't include Guendozi or wateva is his name cos he didn't come thru from the arsenal academy. He's a good catch though obviously. Toriera remians the biggest catch this summer tho.
