Arsenal are making inroads to becoming the team they once were yet again.
Unai Emery has completely transformed the club, turning them into a team that clubs are now reluctant to face, especially after winning nine games in a row.
Their squad is full of confidence and their ability on the pitch is fantastic. Yet still, the former PSG wants more and The Mirror are reporting he wants more in the form of winger Ismaila Sarr.
Arsenal currently sit in the top four but a winger of his quality would surely assert their place amongst the best in the league but what could it mean for others in the squad…
Alex Iwobi would be benched yet again
Despite making a strong start to the campaign with four assists and a goal to his name, Iwobi would find that the wonderkid Ismaila Sarr is likely to stroll in and take his place in the team. Sarr contains much more of a goal threat and he has electric pace, two things you can’t necessarily say about Alex Iwobi.
He would rightly feel hard done by but Unai Emery is searching to make his Arsenal team the best it could possibly be now and in the future, which the signing of Ismaila Sarr allows.
More goals for Aubameyang and Lacazette
The pair have been in terrific goalscoring spirits between them this season as combined in all competitions they’ve scored no fewer than 11 goals.
With the added signing of Ismaila Sarr on the wing, there is no doubt that the Senegalese international would add a different dimension to the Gunners attack and their free-flowing moves could result in more goals for both of them if Ismaila Sarr is supplying the balls in.
