Aston Villa boss hands exiled star a new chance

Jordan AyewPunters here at the Transfer Tavern thought our HD TV was broken on Sunday, as they couldn’t believe their eyes when Charles N’Zogbia came off the bench for Aston Villa on Sunday.

According to the Guardian, it could get even better for the former Wigan man, as he could be set to be given a chance to revive his career in the Midlands.

N’Zogbia had become something of a forgotten man at Villa Park, having been frozen out by former manager Tim Sherwood. In fact, it was believed that before the game against City, Villa were working on a deal to end his contract all together.

However, it appears Garde is prepared to give everyone at Villa a clean slate, as he also restored the Ligue 1 quartert of Jordan Ayew, Jordan Amavi, Jordan Veretout and Idrissia Gana to the starting eleven.

The Villa faithful may be hoping that Garde can get the best out of the Frenchmen at Villa, in order for them to turn their season around quickly.

Villa fans, is Garde doing the right thing giving N’Zogbia a chance again? Let us know in the comments below!
