Aston Villa fans on Twitter have little faith in Kourtney Hause coming good - Aston Villa

Aston Villa fans have been calling for new defenders for a while now, and they’ve finally got they wished for as Dean Smith has signed Wolves’ Kourtney Hause on-loan until the end of the season. However, the Villains are far from ecstatic and will be hoping that the young defender can prove them wrong when he gets out on the pitch.

Aston Villa are in a tough spot at the back at the moment. Smith has done right thing in bringing in a new defender in the form of the 23-year-old, even if the fans aren’t convinced, and the fact that he’s had so little game time at Wolves could mean that if Hause impresses, the Villains should be able to sign him with no issues when the summer window opens at the end of his loan.

Either way, the Villains still aren’t best pleased that Smith has gone for Hause, and would rather have someone that won’t need time to get match fit, seeing as the 23-year-old has played just 180 minutes of football this season, and they’d rather bring someone in who has more experience and has played more minutes in the Championship. All Hause has to do it get on the pitch and try and prove them all wroing now, though.

The Villains have little faith in Hause coming good, and will be desperate for the Wolves man to prove them all wrong when he gets out on the green at Villa Park.
