Aston Villa goalkeeper Orjan Nyland played an instrumental role in their 1-1 draw with Leicester in the Carabao Cup semi-final.
The first leg at the King Power Stadium was dominated by the Foxes, who had 69% possession and 21 shots at goal.
Nyland was forced into five saves per SofaScore, keeping the Premier League’s second-placed team at bay for a large majority of the game.
Kelechi Iheanacho’s late goal means the tie is evenly poised heading into the second leg at Villa Park, as they aim to book a spot at Wembley to face either one of the Manchester clubs.
Nyland’s display would’ve been particularly pleasing for Dean Smith, after losing first-choice goalkeeper Tom Heaton to injury.
Heaton will miss the rest of the season, as will forward Wesley, with knee injuries sustained in the win over Burnley at Turf Moor.
The Norwegian shot stopper’s display pleased many Villa fans, and helped to ease their fears after Heaton’s injury.
