An Aston Villa player could be set to leave the club just two years after joining them.
The 23-year-old is thought to be surplus to requirements under Steve Bruce after he failed to make the same kind of impact that brought him to the side from Reading.
It is has been claimed that the player is already across the border, having spent the past few days training with Kilmarnock, who were keen to re-sign him following a loan spell with the club last season.
Steve Clarke could be the man to get the best out of the Democratic Republic of Congo international after the pair worked together at the Royals.
A move would make complete sense for Tshibola as his Aston Villa career has looked over for a while.
The 23-year-old will want to get things restarted and reuniting with Clarke could be a good way for him to get back to playing his best football.
It remains to be seen if a move will be permanent or an initial loan deal, however, Aston Villa will be pleased to offload him as they look to reduce their wage bill and make extra finances available for more possible signings.
