Aston Villa: Fan starts social media debate regarding Jack Grealish’s ability
Plenty of Aston Villa fans have taken part in a social media debate all about midfielder Jack Grealish.
The potential England international has had a superb season for Villa, contributing as the club captain with seven goals and six assists.
Arguably his best season in the colours of Claret and Blue, Grealish’s form has gained plenty of interest from a number of clubs, including Premier League rivals Manchester United and Everton.
Having represented Republic of Ireland at youth level, Grealish had pledged his international future to England, featuring previously for the U21 side.
A future call-up now seems likely to Gareth Southgate’s first team squad, but his absence thus far has left many Villa fans wondering if the midfielder is ‘underrated’.
With Euro 2020 delayed until next summer due to the recent pandemic, Grealish could now make a push for Southgate’s squad, but that will all depend on Villa’s future, and his own.
The debate has been opened up by one Villa fan via Twitter, but many responded with mixed views on how football fans rate the former Notts County loanee.

How is he underrated? Almost every villa fan thinks his our best player including myself. And most teams hate him or want to buy him. That’s not underrated.
