Several Aston Villa fans have declared that they are happy to see Orjan Nyland feature in the League Cup following an injury to Jed Steer.
Steer was substituted after just seven minutes of their 2-1 defeat against Wolves with a calf injury and, according to Sky Sports, he will now be out of action for two months.

They remain in the League Cup and are set to face Liverpool in the quarter-final next month. So Smith will have to decide whether to continue with the theme and play reserve stopper Nyland against the Reds, or to throw in the experienced Heaton now that it is getting to the business end of the tournament.
Despite being third choice, many Villa fans have said on Twitter that they would be happy to see Nyland be given an opportunity in the quarter-final.
Many of them insisted that he performed well enough against Wolves to warrant another chance to play, whilst some said that they didn't want Heaton to play as the league is more important and they don't want him to pick up an injury.
