It’s fair to say that Tyron Mings has made a huge impact on the Villains since he made his move from Bournemouth to Villa Park on a loan deal. After less than a month at the club, the supporters are desperate to see him added to their squad on a permanent basis, and his level-headed hands-on approach has led to calls for him to be their skipper.
"I don't think we're far away from turning negative results into positive ones.

Dean Smith has obviously recruited someone who is as useful to the Villains off the pitch as he is on it in Mings and having a player like that is always huge. Whilst the colossal defender may not have gotten off to a great start when he horrifically injured Reading’s Nelson Oliveira by accidentally stamping on the striker’s head, he is winning the fans over with his performances and his off-field behaviour.
A lot of the defender’s time at Bournemouth was spent on the bench and in the treatment room, so for him to be given a chance to play regular football in the Championship with Villa will be just as refreshing for him as it is for the fans. The next step for Mings will be a permanent move to the Midlands and being instated as the club captain, as the fans obviously see him as a future skipper.

please stop using this man as the face of positivity because come next season we wont be able to afford him and everyone will be livid

The Villains love seeing Mings both on and off the pitch at the club and will be desperate to make him their first permanent summer signing.
