It has been a while since we’ve last seen a live game of football in Europe and even though this hiatus is still only at the beginning, it feels like years have already passed.
Be that as it may, such times require a lot of creativity and can even lead to some brilliant ideas, concepts and general fun being created as a direct result of too much boredom.
Gregg Evans, for example, teamed up with some other writers and friends to create his ideal Premier League bottom-six XI with each of the teams getting a maximum of three picks.
Naturally, Aston Villa got three picks with Jack Grealish, Tyrone Mings and John McGinn all getting a shout among other players from different bottom-six teams.
Granted, Grealish was an obvious and probably the easiest pick across all six teams but the rest surely require a bit of thinking, to say the very least.
My team :
Krul (Norwich); Ngakia (West Ham), Mings (Villa), Ake (Bournemouth), Aarons (Norwich); McGinn (Villa), Billing (Bournemouth); Sarr (Watford), Grealish (Villa), Brooks (Bournemouth); Deeney (Watford)#NCFC #AVFC #AFCB #BHAFC #WATFORD #WHUFC
