Aston Villa could look to strengthen their squad further this January as Dean Smith looks to bolster his team for their promotion aspirations.
The defender’s contract at Le Harve is set to expire in the summer, meaning he is able to talk to clubs abroad about a possible move at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old could be available for a fee in the winter transfer window though, as he is yet to feature for the French outfit since the turn of the year.
Aston Villa are not the only side thought to be interested in him though, with West Ham, Sevilla, Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg, Napoli, Lyon, Saint-Etienne, Rennes and Nice all credited with a possible move for the young defender.
Aston Villa will still need to add to their defensive ranks if they are to challenge for a place in the Premier League.
Moukoudi could be an excellent addition for the Championship outfit and is thought to be a bright prospect for the future.
With his current situation at Le Harve, Villa could be tempted to try and purchase him in the January transfer window, or try and convince him to sign a pre-contract agreement with the club ahead of a summer move.
