Aston Villa have made an appalling start to their campaign and without a manager, something drastic has to change if the Villans have any chance at promotion.
Steve Bruce has relieved of his duties after failing to push Aston Villa on despite spending a considerable amount on new signings during his reign.
Now though, Villa Park is awaiting a new man to walk in and to revitalise the club top to bottom, before it’s too late.
They certainly have the calibre of players to get promoted but it will take everything for the club to better themselves and that could mean delving into the transfer market yet again.
Defensively Aston Villa have massively struggled this season but that could be stopped by signing Wolves’ versatility man Dominic Iorfa.
Iorfa, (who is valued at £1.8 million on Transfermarkt) is a player once dubbed as England’s next best defender but his career since then hasn’t quite been like that.
With only two appearances to his name this season and both of them being played in Premier League 2, it’s fair to say that Dominic Iorfa is struggling and needs a move to find successful home for himself.
At just 23-years-old, Iorfa has plenty of time ahead to establish himself as an important player for a big club like Aston Villa.
Iorfa has spent a large amount of his career in the Championship and for the Villans that means they’re getting a player full of experience that can help them across the season.
With the ability to play right-back and centre-back, as well as right midfield, Aston Villa would be signing a talented player who could potentially help their promotion bid.
