Aston Villa will be looking to get the three points on Tuesday night when they meet Rotherham United at Villa Park.
Birkir Bjarnason had missed the match with the Ewood Park outfit at the weekend following a slight concern, however, it is believed the Iceland international could feature for the Villans.
Villa, who have not won a Championship match in their last five attempts, will have been boosted by the fact that they have no new injury concerns.
Scott Hogan is still working his way back to fitness and has been training with the first-team following the groin injury he suffered last season.
Keinan Davis also remains unavailable for Bruce’s side on Tuesday as he looks to continue his recovery from a similar problem to the striker.
Aston Villa will be looking to end their dreadful run of games without a win against Rotherham on Tuesday.
The Millers, who currently sit just below the Villans in the table, were promoted to the Championship via the play-offs last season and could make life difficult for the home side.
Bjarnason could be key for the home side should he feature, however, it appears Bruce will have a choice to make ahead of kickoff.
