Our Aston Villa fans here in the Transfer Tavern are really looking forward to seeing what this season has in plan for their side.
The men from Villa Park have not had much to sing about in recent seasons but that certainly looks as though it could change this season coming with some of the moves that have been made.
Indeed, Steve Bruce now has a team at his disposal that is right up there with anything the Championship has to offer and with his knowhow concerning promotion – things could be looking rosy.
Indeed, Villa also have some top young players coming through and one of the brightest is Rushian Hepburn-Murphy.
The youngster will be hoping to play regularly this season and did his chances no harm at all with a good display last night in a friendly win over Tamworth.
He tweeted about the victory, too, and so here is the best of what was said back to him:
Lovely 4-0 win against Tamworth! More minutes in the tank #avfc
