Aston Villa fans in the Transfer Tavern are facing some concerning times this summer as the club’s future appears to be in doubt. While he’s all things Leeds United, a top Yorkshire journalist has dropped a worrying line on the fallen giants.
The Villans failure to win in the Championship Play-Off final against Fulham last month appears to have sent the Midlands outfit into a downward spiral and has given the locals plenty to be concerned with.
It is believed that the future of all their players are in doubt at Villa Park, with Phil Hay claiming that he was told last week the club would be prepared to listen to offers for all their players.
Re: Aston Villa. Was told last week that they're willing to listen to offers for virtually every player. Does sound like hard times ahead. Not the only Championship club feeling the pinch.

The Yorkshire Evening Post’s chief football writer has also stated on Twitter that the club sound as though they are facing difficult times, with reports also circulating that Dr Tony Xia could be prepared to sell the club following their failure to land top-flight football.
The Aston Villa fans in the Tavern will be disappointed that things have got as bad as they have once again, having thought Xia would have changed their fortunes.
Randy Lerner had control of the club before the Chinese businessman and the locals were glad when he finally left, however, it appears Xia was not the long-term owner that the club required.
