Aston Villa are proving teams wrong so far this season, having positively bounced back from their play-off final defeat.

The Villans have started the season well but if they're to sustain that form for the remaining games, new signings are advisable from now until the end of the loan window.

Steve Bruce has been backed to do the job still and now with wealthy new investors, Villa may still get the chance to recruit some players to give them the best chance at gaining a top flight return.

With that in mind, a youngster they simply have to bring to Villa Park is Liverpool's Sheyi Ojo - who is valued at £2.2 million on Transfermarkt.

The 21-year-old spent last season in the Championship with the side that beat Aston Villa to reach the Premier League - Fulham.

Ojo played 22 Championship games where he provided four goals and two assists, showing at times what a talent he is. Aston Villa have clearly seen that talent and with a talented wide player, the Villans could be a real threat going forwards in attack.

The Liverpool man impressed Jurgen Klopp during the pre-season he spent with the Reds but due to the tremendous attacking options Liverpool currently have, there is simply no room for Sheyi Ojo in their current side.

Aston Villa have been playing well but a season that consists of 46 games in the league alone is a tough, physical grind that requires a good amount of squad depth for a team to do well.

Sheyi Ojo is a target for Villa and one they hope to pull off, it would certainly be a good addition based on some of the performances he put in last season.
