West Ham were at their attacking best over the weekend after they beat Burnley 4-2 at the London Stadium with both Marko Arnautovic and Felipe Anderson managing to get their names on the scoresheet.

As well as the Austrian and Brazilian, Javier Hernandez was also able to find the back of the net on the day, and has since come in for praise from team-mate Fabian Balbuena.

The Breakdown

Speaking to West Ham's official club website after the game, Balbuena said: "We know the quality that Felipe has, which is a lot, and it’s the same with Marko, Chicharito [Hernandez] and all the other guys on the pitch.

"They all tried to give 100 per cent to help the team to win and I think everybody gave everything to get the three points on Saturday."

Since arriving at the London Stadium from Bayer Leverkusen last summer, Hernandez has had his struggles in a West Ham shirt.

However, the 30-year-old easily has the ability to turn things around and still has plenty to offer, as alluded to by his team-mate Balbuena.

It is a long season and, as already displayed when he picked up a knee injury earlier in the campaign, West Ham cannot solely rely on Arnautovic to provide goals up front for the entire term.

With that in mind, Hernandez is definitely a player Pellegrini should look to more often going forward.
