Chelsea head into tonight's Monday evening game with Burnley looking to put the pressure on the top four places.

With Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester United all losing this weekend it gives Chelsea the chance to jump into third tonight and out their stamp on a Champions League place ahead of next season.

Things have not been all rosy for the Blues since Mauro Sarri took over at the club, and there's bound to be a big summer ahead for all at Stamford Bridge with the futures of the likes of Eden Hazard continually up for discussion in various national media outlets.

Chelsea will need to ensure they replace Hazard if he is moved on, and one man who has been linked with the club this weekend is former Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho, who hasn't quite hit the heights expected since he made the move to the Nou Camp.

Coutinho though would be a superb signing for Chelsea if they can indeed convince the Catalan club to part ways with the Brazilian, and while he might not be at the level of Hazard, he could still have a massive impact.

Barcelona is always a tough place to play your football, and the pressure of the Nou Camp crowd as well as the presence of Lionel Messi has meant that Coutinho has struggled at times.

However, there is still plenty of ability in the 28-year-old's locker, and if he could replicate the form he showed at Liverpool if he does join Chelsea, then the Blues have a fine player on their hands.

Coutinho's ability to produce the spectacular is a real highlight of his play, and he'd definitely soften the blow for Chelsea fans if Hazard is indeed sold on.
