‘Beast’, ‘Impossible not to love’ – Tottenham fans delighted in reaction to club’s Twitter post

Spurs fans here in the Tavern are in fine-voice, after picking up their 2nd successive Premier League win sees them rocket above Arsenal.

The Lilywhites haven’t been at their best in recent times, with defeats to Arsenal and Leicester City spelling trouble for Mauricio Pochettino and his men, but having begun to find their form over the past week it looks as if they’ve resumed their clinical ways.

Although, if they want to continue on this run then they’ll have to be at their best, as they face runaway leaders City up next.

One player who’s been pivotal in the club’s return to winning-form is Heung-Min Son, after spending the majority of both losses on the bench, Son was given a starting place in the side against a struggling Stoke City, that saw the forward find the back of the net in a 5-1 win.

Fans here in the pub believe that the Korean is extremely underrated in this Tottenham side, having made 16 starts and 6 bench appearances so far this season, he’s managed to score 8 goals and assist 3 in a season that’s seen him overshadowed by the inconsistent Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli.

Of course, his return to the side resulting in a Stoke win could just be a coincidence, but after scoring the second Tottenham goal in a 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, fans believe this is the Heung-Min Son effect. After the winger’s Man of the Match performance on Wednesday night, the Spurs Twitter account took to posting a joyful post that included a picture of the man of the moment.

With Spurs fans loving life with the Korean in their side, here’s a look at what supporters made of the post.
