The French midfielder was linked with a return to Old Trafford this summer after impressing in Italy in recent seasons.
However according to the Daily Star, the midfielder, who was also taking the interest of Chelsea, has agreed to extend his contract with Juventus.
The deal is rumoured to run until July 2019 and will see the 21-year old mop up a whopping £76,000-a-week.
Discussing the 21-year-old’s future at the club, Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta claimed: “Pogba? We have had some negotiation with his agents, we hope to arrive at a positive conclusion shortly.”
New manager Massimiliano Allegri stated his belief during the Old Lady’s pre-season tour that the French midfielder would stay in Turin.
He said: “Vidal and Pogba are very happy to be here and I am very happy to coach them.”
The news comes as yet another massive blow to Louis van Gaal who continues to target big name players but continues to be left disappointed.
